Okay!!! Let's Move!

We're beginning to move into our new house this week... and I'm ready to move this blog today!

You can now visit www.cristalvazquez.com directly to view my new blog. I'll be updating there from now on.

The new site is my photography business website (at the top) and blog (at the bottom) in one. I'm very excited about it! Still working out a few kinks, but please visit me there!

A Change is Coming!

Over the next few days, I will be moving my blog to a new site! I know the address, but I'm not quite ready for visitors yet. ;) When everything is up and running smoothly, I'll let you all know and then you can (Please?!?) follow me there.

In the meantime, here's Molly (with her first cold) today:

Relaxing at the Pool

No, I mean RELAXING at the pool:

Less than one week until Jacob starts school! We're trying to squeeze in as much summer-time fun as we can until then. ;)

Oh, and I finally got myself a proper logo. A big thanks to my friend Jenny from Tumble Bumble Photography for the design. :)

ETA: Here's another picture of Jacob's fun adventures lately (taken on my cell phone):

That's Jacob with the Beast from a fabulous production of 'Beauty and the Beast' that we saw last night. lololol

Almost ready!

They are still finishing up the landscaping in the back courtyard and doing final touch-ups inside. I'm so ready to move!

Vacation...

This will be my last vacation on-the-go post. We have had a FABULOUS time here and it will be hard to leave... but our house is almost ready and we're anxious to get back to Louisiana!

I think Jacob has had a BLAST here! He has hardly been out of the water at all- at the beach, in the pool- and I know he will be sad to head back home. He's played in the sand, caught sand crabs on the beach at night, spent HOURS swimming with Sal, and entertained us all.

Molly has been her usual, pleasant self. :)
She was ever-entertained by the soft sand. She was in the water a bit, but spent a great deal of her time hopping around with her trademark 'crawl', pulling up on furniture in the condo, and eating non-baby-food food.

I'll probably work on more pictures once we get back home, but here's one more before I go to bed:
Despite the perspective rendering me an absolute GIANT, I think that is one of my favorite family pictures from our time here. I just love it. :)
